Assistant Professor in Statistics and Trial Design - Tenure Track (5 Year Fixed Term)

Trinity College Dublin, The University of Dublin is seeking to fill the following full-time academic position:

Assistant Professor in Statistics and Trial Design, School of Medicine, Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin. Tenure Track (5 year fixed term)

The primary purpose of this post is to support academic clinicians and clinician scientists associated with the TCD School of Medicine and its partner teaching hospitals with trial design and statistical advice. High quality investigator-led clinical research depends on good trial design and a robust statistical foundation. The aim of this post is to bring trial design and statistical expertise to the clinical research studies and trials being devised by academic investigators.

Appointment will be made on the Assistant Professor Salary Scale commensurate with qualifications/experience and in line with Public Sector Pay Policy [€36,369 to €88,616 per annum].

The successful applicant will be based in Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin College Green, Dublin 2, Ireland
