The Role 

Maynooth University is committed to a strategy in which the primary University goals of excellent research and scholarship and outstanding education are interlinked and equally valued. We are seeking an Administrative Officer who will report directly to the Head of Department and who will lead and oversee the administrative functions of the Department. The role will involve the provision of a high level of service for staff and students, along with significant input into the development of new systems and procedures to support a large and growing Department. These will be developed in conjunction with Faculty and University systems and processes in order to meet the operational and strategic needs of the Department, and the University.

Administrative Officer II (2022) Salary Scale:                                       €39,628 – €56,860 p.a. (9 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
