Job Description:
Applications are invited for the Post of Project Assistant for the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Government of India funded project in the School of Bio Sciences and Technology (SBST), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore, India.
Title of the Project:
“A novel tumor suppressor miRNA-3154 attenuates Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) through inhibiting Cancer Stem Cells (CSCs) propagation by targeting multiple oncogenic drivers YAP1, KRAS, MYC and RELA”

Qualification:
M.Sc degree in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Biomedical Sciences from a recognized university.
Desirable (if any):
- Candidates having experience in Biochemical/Molecular/Cell
- culture experiments as evident from project dissertation will be given preference.
Stipend:
Rs. 21,800/- per month (Consolidated Pay)
