Job Description:
Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the DST-SERB Funded Project at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), (CRG_2022_006992), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). This is a collaborative project between IIT Goa and VIT. The selected candidates will have an opportunity to work with both PI and Co-PI.
Title of the Project:
“An efficient, high-order accurate, parallel solver for Large Eddy Simulation (LES) of turbulent flows”.
Qualification:
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or allied branches or engineering.
Desirable (if any):
Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics. Programming in C/C++
Stipend:
Rs. 31,000/ + HRA - per month (two years) and Rs. 35,000/+ HRA - per month (third year) with NET/GATE. For candidates without NET/GATE, stipend will be as per Institute norms.
