We are looking for a new team member to lead and take part in research and innovation projects. The work calls for creativity and the ability to work across departments and companies to identify opportunities and turn them into value. To be successful in the role you need to be able to grasp technical issues quickly, be a great communicator and at getting people on board with new ideas and ways of doing business. You also need to have experience in successfully applying for research grants.
Other competencies we look for:
- Experience in geothermal, energy and/or utilities.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of and/or experience of project management.
- Great technical writer.
- Graduate level degree in STEM.
