Central European University (CEU) sucht zur Verstärkung des Facility Management Teams in Wien zwei technische AssistentInnen.

 

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten: 

• Unterstützung von externen Firmen bei Reparaturarbeiten
• Ausführen aller mit dem Umzug verbundenen Aufgaben
• Auf- und Abbau von Möbeln
• Einrichtung von Büro-, Klassenzimmer-, Veranstaltungs- und Lagerräumen
• Kleinere Reparaturen, proaktive Fehlererkennung, Fehlerbehebung und Berichterstellung
• Schlossaustausch
• Transportieren von Gegenständen innerhalb des Campusgebäudes
• Kleinere Materialeinkäufe
• Mitarbeit bei internen und externen Veranstaltungen
• Telefon und E-Mail-Korrespondenz
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
• Mitwirkung bei Brandschutz- und Präventionsaufgaben

 

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen:

• Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit ähnlichen Aufgaben
• Gute körperliche Verfassung und gute Koordinationsfähigkeiten
• Vorteil: fachspezifische Lehre/Ausbildung
• Sprachkenntnisse (Englisch): Grundkenntnisse, Deutsch: fließend
• Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse: MS Excel, Word, Power Point: Grundkenntnisse
• Serviceorientierung
• Technologische und digitale Kompetenz (E-Mail, Datenbanken, soziale Medien, Web): Grundkenntnisse
