The Residence and Conference Center (location: 1106 Budapest, Kerepesi út 87.) at Central European University invites applications for a Front Office Receptionist position. For more information about the CEU Residence and Conference Center, please visit: https://www.ceu.edu/campus/residence-center

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Administration of room reservations
• Administration of invoices
• Issuing invoices
• Day-to-day contact with students and guests staying at the Residence Center
• Cooperation with other service units (housekeeping, catering, sales, maintenance, security, student services coordinator)
• Occasional night shift is required

Your qualifications and skills:

• Languages: native Hungarian, upper intermediate English
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar capacity
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
