Central European University (CEU) is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join the Facility Management team in Vienna. The successful candidate will perform the tasks outlined below.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Handling the common Facility email account, answering and forwarding emails
- Cooperating with other units
- Issuing ID cards
- Distributing office supplies
- Registering office supply inflow and outflow
- Reporting on office supply inventory
- Participation in fire protection and prevention tasks
Your skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position with similar tasks
- Language skills: advanced level in English (B1 level, or above)
- Agile, quick and reliable person with good communication skills
- Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel and Word on an experienced user level; Power Point on a basic level

We offer a competitive salary starting from gross 17.050 EUR/year for this 20 hours/week position. A higher salary is possible if warranted by the candidate’s working experience.
