Project Assistant

[Appointment period: twelve months]

Duties 

The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project – “Interactive artifact simulation for digital forensics education”.  The appointee will be required to: 

(a)    source relevant literatures and documentations related to the project;

(b)    create a user-friendly interface that interacts with a DL model and/or LLM at the backend;

(c)    explore and recommend new AI technologies;

(d)    compile presentation materials and write reports; and

(e)    perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

(a)    an honours degree in Information Engineering or a related discipline or an equivalent qualification;

(b)    experience in digital forensics analysis and AI agent development;

(c)    knowledge of Python, PHP, C++, C#, JavaScript, RDBMS or large language models; and

(d)    good communication skills.

Preference will be given to those with experience in deep learning model development and frameworks, and integrating open-source or 3rd party APIs and libraries.
