Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Institute of Behavioural and Decision Science (IBDS) of the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 520725) (to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Marketing, or a related discipline.  They should demonstrate an excellent ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English for both writing and oral presentations.  Preference will be given to those with prior research experience and a track record of publications in decision science or related fields.

The appointee will primarily work with researchers in the IBDS on projects related to mixed reality, arts, aesthetics, and culture for the design of digital platforms and retailing interfaces, which are oriented toward publications in premier academic journals. The post-doctoral fellow will also participate in the operation of the behavioural research lab managed by the IBDS. The behavioural lab is equipped with cutting-edge VR/AR gadgets and eye-tracking devices for the post-doctoral fellow to gain related research experiences and develop relevant projects.  He/She may also be required to perform research administrative duties as assigned.
