Applications are invited for appointment as Lecturer in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 525772), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should possess a Master's degree and a medical degree registrable with the Medical Council of Hong Kong, and preferably a higher qualification in family medicine with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. A proven track record in teaching and student learning as well as experience in curriculum design will be an asset. They should have a passion for teaching, strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; the ability to work independently and as a team, and capacity to work under pressure is required. Preference will be given to those with international clinical exposure with some research and administrative experience.
The appointee will be responsible for teaching, organizing and developing courses, providing supervision to undergraduate students and assisting in course development and some FMPC/medical education research.
