Research Assistant

The research assistant is required to have knowledge and experience of utilizing local spatial and environmental data to integrate them into spatial planning processes aimed at the sustainability and resilience of cities as well as experience in relevant research projects and writing research papers in English.

Evaluation criterias

Degree of HEI Engineering Spatial Design (10-point scale)

Documented experience in a European project on urban sustainability and resilience

Publications in peer-reviewed journals

Experience in writing research projects reports

Excellent knowledge of English

Interview [Ability to communicate and collaborate, organizational skills, ability to work towards goals and deadlines, team spirit, flexibility and professionalism. Ability to contribute to general laboratory activities.]

Additional qualifications:

1. Complete military obligations (for male candidates) or legal exemption.

2. Good background and experience in organizing and developing methodologies.

3. Experience in using Remote Sensing and GIS tools.

4. Ability to carry out independent and original research in an interdisciplinary context.

5. Experience in organizing and coordinating international teams and actions.
