External collaborator to design, implement and evaluate systems, new services and develop new technologies in the framework of the Work Packages (WP): WP2 Reference framework, specifications and core enablers - WP3 DT Modelling, Operation and Governance for resilient value networks – WP4 Integration and pilot deployments – WP6 Impact creation and sustainability.

Skills/Qualifications

• PhD, either from a domestic institution or an equivalently recognized foreign one, in Administrative Science and Technology or Informatics or Computer Science.
• Postgraduate Degree, either from a domestic institution or an equivalently recognized foreign one, in Informatics or Information Systems or Marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree from a Higher Educational Institution of Greece or an equivalently recognized foreign Institution, in Business Administration and/or Computer Applications or Computer Science or a degree of equivalent specialization from another related Department of the domestic Institution or an equivalent and corresponding degree from a foreign Institution.
• Professional experience, of at least one (1) year, in the position of Analyst and/or Programmer, in the field of design and/or implementation and/or evaluation of new services.

Specific Requirements

• Professional experience in research projects in the position of Analyst and/or Programmer, in the field of design and/or implementation and/or evaluation of new services, up to five (5) years.
• Research experience in the field of development of new technologies, certified by publications in international scientific journals and/or conferences relevant to the content of the position. The relevant publications are submitted with the application dossier.

QUALIFICATION - CRITERION / SCORING UNITS

1. Professional experience in research projects in the position of Analyst and/or Programmer, in the field of design and/or implementation and/or evaluation of new services, up to five (5) years. / 0-40 [Eight (8) points per year and up to five (5) years.]

2. Research experience in the field of development of new technologies, certified by publications in international scientific journals and/or conferences relevant to the content of the position. The relevant publications are submitted with the application dossier./ 0-30 [Six (6) points, for each publication. The maximum rating for up to five (5) relevant publications.]

3. Oral interview * (The scoring of each candidate's interview is derived from the average of the grades given by the members of the Evaluation Committee.) / 0-30

Selection process

Candidates should submit: detailed CV including qualifications and interests in the above areas; scanned copies of academic titles; work and research experience documents. Interviews are expected to take place after the application deadline. 

It is noted that failure to attend the oral interview will result in the rejection of the candidacy application due to the fact that the suitability of the qualifications or experience of the candidates for the performance of the duties of the specific position cannot be verified.
