Participation in the activities of WP3 “Experts knowledge models”, WP7 “Large-scale system validation” and WP9 “Dissemination and exploitation of project results”, and more specifically in the following deliverables:
D3.4: Final version of genetic and gut microbiome analysis
D7.5: Final version of system demonstration and piloting report
D7.6: PROTEIN ecosystem overall assessment
D7.7: Deepening understanding of food choice drivers
D9.8: Final dissemination and exploitation report
Specific tasks: Design and development of research protocol, monitoring of food choice drivers, pilot application of the PROTEIN app in the Greek population, daily nutritional monitoring of participants, data collection and analysis, requirements elicitation and design of information system to analyse food choice.
