1. Doctoral degree in Computer Science or/and computer networks

1. More than two years of research experience in research programs in the field of computer networks
or/and security (up to 36 months)
2. Publications in scientific journals related to computer networks or/and security
3. Announcements in conferences related to computer networks or/and security
