Processing of human biological samples for laboratory analyses, detection and quantification of viral load of SARS-CoV-2 and other Public Health viruses in human samples, laboratory analyzes using Molecular Biology techniques, genomic analysis with Next Generation Sequencing methodology, collection and evaluation of results - writing original publication - presentation of results

Degree or diploma of department or school of university sector of higher education in Molecular Biology and Genetics Doctoral degree related to the subject of Virology Proven previous service/work or professional laboratory and diagnostic experience (after obtaining the basic degree and obtaining the relevant professional license where required) of at least three (3) years in Virology Proven work experience/work or professional experience (after obtaining the basic degree and obtaining the relevant professional license where required) of at least 15 months in viral genome sequencing-Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) methodology Proven knowledge of the English language Proven knowledge of PC operation Proven knowledge of a second foreign language Interview

Selection process

Candidates who meet at least the requested qualifications of the call, will be in invited to an interview, which will take place upon notification by the Evaluation Committee
