Offer Description

We are looking for an innovative, organized, and enthusiastic student to join the digital transformation and AI project at the PIMCO Prime Real Estate GmbH. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute a new program's strategy, leverage internal and external networks and take on responsibility.

This is a role for an interested student based in Munich, directly interacting with and reporting to the Head of Operations & Digital Transformation.

Start date: asap (1.5.2024 or later)

Location: Munich / office presence

Duration: minimum for 6 months / ideally long-term

Working Hours: 20 hours/week with possibility to increase the working hours during semester breaks (lecture-free period)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the digital transformation project management
• Supporting change management initiatives
• Developing strategies to maximize the use of AI
• Researching emerging technologies
• Assisting in the implementation of digital tools and processes
• Collaborating with various teams to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization

Key Requirements:

• Strong interest in digital technologies and artificial intelligence
• Ability to quickly learn and understand technical concepts
• Ability to think outside the box
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to innovative projects
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others
• Experienced using the MS Office package (advanced in PowerPoint and Excel)
