The department of Forest Botany and Tree Physiology is searching for a student, subject to financing, to work in the department as

Student Assistant with Bachelor- or Master Degree in Forest Sciences (or similar studies) (m/w/d)

from 01.05.2023 – 31.07.2023 (13 h per month).
The successful candidates will assist the lecturers in conducting the module “Modern Methods in Ecology” consisting of the courses Ecophysiology and Diversity.

This course comprises theoretical and practical exercises to determine the vigor of plants by analyzing different ecophysiological parameters as well as analyzing the diversity of plant associated fungi. The candidate will supervise the practical courses together with the lecturer. Therefore, knowledge in forest botany and ecophysiology is required. Knowledge in statistical analysis is of advantage.
