Student Assistant Support of the ATHENE office

The Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology (SIT) in Darmstadt is one of the leading research and development institutes in the field of IT security in Germany and Europe. In cooperation projects with partners from different industries and science, we develop trustworthy and user-friendly IT systems for various fields of application.

Fraunhofer SIT also plays a key role in the National Research Center for Applied Cybersecurity ATHENE.

To support the scientific reporting regarding ATHENE, we are looking for a student assistant (f/m/d) for the ATHENE office with immediate effect. The position is initially limited to 6 months, an extension is possible.

What you will do

You will support the ATHENE office in the collection and evaluation of key figures.

You will assist with research, for example regarding…

  • scientific publications
  • scientific conferences
  • social media
  • press coverage
  • topics relevant to cybersecurity

What you bring to the table

  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Very good proficiency in German and English
  • Reliable and independent working style

The weekly working time is 10-20 hours.
