Research fellow(m/f/d) with part-time employment (66,67 %) - monthly salary equivalent to E 13 TV-L HU (limited for 4 years)

 

Job description:

• scientific services in research and teaching at the Chair of International Politics
• Tasks for the candidate’s own scientific qualification (doctorate on a topic suitable to the Institute of Social Sciences based on modern empirical methods of causal inference)

 

Requirements:

• completed academic education in the social sciences (economics, political science or sociology)
• very good statistics training, especially methods of causal inference
• excellent coding skills (preferably in R) or an interest to acquire such skills
• experience with GIS is an advantage
• fluency in scientific English
• social skills and ability to work in a team
