Research Assistant (m/f/d) at the Institute of Space Technology and Space Utilisation
at the Institute of Space Technology and Space Utilisation
as part of the M-Matisse MaCro project

(remuneration according to pay group 13 TVöD)

for the next possible date, initially limited until 31 December 2026, full-time or part-time.

A classification in pay group 14 is possible with appropriate qualifications and the transfer of corresponding higher-value activities.

The M-MATISSE mission is one of three missions selected by ESA in the M7 call for the Phase A study and consists of two space probes in different orbits around Mars. The M-MATISSE Crosslink Experiment (MaCro) uses an intersatellite radio link (crosslink) with two frequencies between the spacecraft to probe the Martian atmosphere and ionosphere during joint occultations. As part of the project, the development of MaCro is to be continued during phase A at least up to the breadboard model.
