Job description:
Its task includes the development of machine learning methods for materials science issues using data-integrative approaches. The applications are mainly related to battery systems in connection with the Cluster of Excellence POLiS. For this purpose, you will create workflows in the ecosystem of the Kadi4Mat data platform and extend them with nodes for machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Further tasks include the implementation of machine learning methods and contributing to the development of the software solutions CIDS, KadiAI, and Kadi. The results of the work are shared within the institute, presented at conferences and published in scientific journals and repositories.
This research center is part of the Helmholtz Association of German Research Centers. With more than 42,000 employees and an annual budget of over € 5 billion, the Helmholtz Association is Germany's largest scientific organisation.
