Postdoctoral Position in History of Philosophy with expected fulltime employment – E 13 TV-L HU (third-party funding limited until 31.03.2028)

 

job profile:

• research project related to human abilities with a focus on relevant debates in a period of the history of philosophy (in the Centre for Advanced Studies in the Humanities “Human Abilities”: www.human-abilities.de )
• main work in at least one of the 3 research areas (metaphysics, epistemology, philosophy of action)
• organization of research activities such as conferences, workshops 

 

requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in philosophy
• completed PhD in philosophy with a focus on history of philosophy desired
• interest in intra- and interdisciplinary work
