The Department Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells is looking for

Postdoc (f/m/d) for the Development of Perovskite-Based Triple Cells

Your Tasks

  • You will manufacture high efficiency perovskite-based triple cells.
  • You will conduct the specific device characterization, experimental loss analysis, and simulation of single and tandem solar cells.
  • You will be responsible for the hands-on processing of individual process steps.
  • You will coordinate the development work and experiments in cooperation within HZB and other institutes as well as industrial partners.
  • You will publish the scientific results as well as write project proposal and acquire new third party funded projects.
Your Profile
  • Completed doctoral degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, engineering, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor technology and the physics of solar cells
  • Hands-on experience in processing thin films and solar cells in the topic of perovskite technology
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm about solar cells with drive for efficiency and team spirit
