Master Thesis: Noble metal-free coating materials for PEM water electrolysis

Your Job:

• Literature review on suitable coating materials under PEMWE conditions
  
• Investigation on selected materials in a three-electrode electrochemical cell
  
• Physical characterization, e.g. resistance measurements
  
• Electrochemical performance testing in PEMWE single cells

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree with excellent marks in Material Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry and current Master’s studies in these fields of study
  
• Basic knowledge of electrochemistry and analytical electrochemical methods
  
• Knowledge of data analysis and evaluation
  
• Some experience in laboratory work
  
• Independent, self-motivated and responsible way of working
  
• Excellent cooperation, communication and team-work abilities
  
• Fluency in spoken and written English; fluency in German is advantageous
