Your Job:

  • Preparation of the samples
  • Implementation of the characterization
  • Supervision of the long-term experiment
  • Comparison of the characterization results before and after the LID

Your Profile:

  • Scientific and/or technical background (physics / electrical engineering etc.)
  • Good grades in the current Master`s programme
  • Good knowledge of English and German
  • High degree of independence and effective way of working
