Your Job:

  • Analysing different dispersion formulations consisting of metal, ionomer and solvents
  • Physical chemical characterization of the dispersion by ultrasound spectroscopy and methods of choice
  • Helping to create a library for catalyst layers
  • Revealing the correlation between electrode structure, dispersion and electrochemistry using provided image processing tools

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree with excellent marks in Material Science, Physics, Engineering or Chemistry and current Master studies in these fields of study
  • Basic knowledge of electrochemistry and colloidal chemistry
  • Initial experience with working in a lab
  • Willingness to learn and ability to think outside of the box
  • Excellent cooperation, communication and team-work abilities
  • Independent, self-motivated and responsible
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in German is advantageous
