Requirements:

We are looking forward to receive applications from highly motivated 3rd to 4th year residents in internal medicine, hematology and oncology. Applicants should hold an MD with a track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and experience in preclinical and clinical research. Applicants should ideally have a documented strong expertise in cancer biology, tumor immunology cancer signaling, as well as bioinformatic analysis of NGS data. Experience in AI-based analysis of clinical or research datasets would be an asset for potential candidates.

The clinician scientist on this position is expected to work independently but collaboratively with other team members in the clinical trial unit and in the research lab. An excellent communication skill for scientific discussion is indispensable and proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
