Microbiology, genetics, biochemistry of membrane proteins
The project will consist to characterize proteins in mycobacteria involved in the transport of complex lipids et to study their contribution in mycobacterial survival and establishement of a chronic infection. The objective of the study will consist to generate mutants and to analyze their phenotypic profiles in mycobacteria.
All the requested equipments and plateforms required for the study are available on site.
