Offer Description
The objective of this project is to develop a novel polycondensation-induced self-assembly technique. This unprecedented method will enable the production of well-defined degradable amphiphilic polymer with high yield and low dispersion, thereby generating nanoparticles with different morphologies at high concentrations. These self-organized copolymers have great potential in the biomedical field.

Eligibility criteria
Polymer Chemistry: Strong expertise in polymer synthesis is required. The candidate should have an understanding of polycondensation reactions and methods to obtain high-quality polymers.
PISA and Self-Assembly Methods: Previous experience in the PISA method or other polymer self-assembly methods is advantageous.
Polymer Characterization: Experience in polymer characterization, including the use of techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and microscopy to assess the structure, size, and morphology of nanoparticles, is necessary.
Teamwork: As research involves collaboration with other researchers and experts, the ability to work effectively in a team is crucial.
Autonomy and Problem Solving: The ability to work independently and solve experimental problems is essential, given the innovative nature of the project.
Scientific Publication: Previous experience in writing and publishing scientific articles is an advantage, demonstrating the researcher's ability to communicate results clearly and precisely.
