Offer Description

Develop a high-precision ion implantation setup for applications in semiconductors and quantum technology.
Conduct controlled ionization experiments using the correlation between signals.
Contribute to the development of a revolutionary analytical instrument

Adapt and optimize the cesium atomic beam system for creating a "cold" ion source.
Test and validate the ion implantation approach with Cs on the existing setup.
Validate the principle of laser ionization for the production of electron/ion pairs.
Develop and integrate new ion sources (Bi or N) for nanometric scale implantation.
Collaborate in research and development projects in quantum physics and semiconductor technology.

Work within a research team specialized in quantum physics and semiconductor technology.
State-of-the-art laboratory environment with access to advanced equipment and technologies.
Collaboration with researchers, engineers, and technicians in a multidisciplinary context.
Project with opportunities for industrial and academic professional development.
