Research project or operation
A post-doctoral fellowship is available in the Laboratory of Bioimaging and Pathologies at the CNRS/Université de Strasbourg, funded for 2 years (starting date: March/April 2024) by the French National Cancer Institute (INCa).
The tumour cell environment influences tumour establishment, progression and response to treatment. Our project focuses on the use of RNA interference to deplete the expression of an oncogene in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells. We aim at optimizing siRNA delivery and bioavailability using targeting strategies based on nucleic acid aptamers, and to validate their therapeutic potential in tumoroids and murine models.
