Offer Description

Main mission: "In vitro", "in cellulo" and "in vivo" analysis in mouse model of the sliming effect of new analogue drugs synthesized by chemists using tests already set up for the first hit.

 

Activities:

Check for each analogue:

 

(1) "In vitro" inhibitory activity of the target by using "in vitro" phosphorylation assays

 

(2) The inhibitory activity on lipid accumulation in cells using bodipy staining

 

(3) The sliming activity over body weight intake in mice treated with the anlogues

Expertise in drug screening with background in biochemistry and cellular biology, and a strong experience in "in vivo" mice model studies.
