Offer Description

The research project will develop organocatalysis in heterogeneous conditions. In this field, the synthesis of racemic or enantiopure cyclic carbonates by fixation of carbon dioxide at low temperature and low pressure represents a major challenge using traditional tools of organic chemistry. To facilitate access to these substrates in mild conditions, the project aims to improve the catalytic process by increasing the reactivity of epoxides through an unprecedented association between organocatalysts and metal-organic networks.
