Offer Description

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with an outstanding grade track-record to apply for a PhD thesis at the Doctoral School of Chemistry of Aix-Marseille University. We propose a very interdisciplinary subject aimed at developing advanced organic materials for bioelectronics and neuromorphic computing. Starting from the synthesis and subsequent electrochemical characterization of precursors, the PhD candidate will finally integrate active organic materials into functional transistor devices by electropolymerization. The research will be conducted at the Centre Interdisciplinaire de Nanosciences de Marseille (CINaM ) in the Molecular Engineering and Functional Materials department.

Pre-selection ends on April 30th 2024, so don't hesitate to contact Dr. Tommaso Nicolini or Prof. Jean-Manuel Raimundo as soon as possible.
