The University of Helsinki International trainee programme is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme.  

We are looking for a trainee to Human Resources services.  

Your main tasks consist of supporting activities for international recruitments and different HR lifecycle processes.

We expect you to have
•    interest in and the willingness to learn more about HR matters, especially recruitments
•    excellent oral and written communication skills •    excellent teamwork skills but also ability to work independently
•    a development orientated mindset and an active way of working are considered assets.

We will offer you an opportunity to learn about the University HR functions and especially about international recruitments. You will be working in an inspiring environment with supportive colleagues.

The duration of a traineeship is 1 September to 31 December 2024 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee.
