TRAINEE for Brand and Marketing

We are now looking for a TRAINEE for Brand and Marketing. The University of Helsinki International trainee programme is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme. 

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an intern with an open mind and an interest in learning. As a trainee, you will mainly work with tasks related to student recruitment and marketing. Your main task will be working with text and image editing on the helsinki.fi website and the national application portal Studyinfo.fi. Your duties may also include other marketing tasks, e.g. producing content for the website and social media and participating in event organisation.  

We expect you to have a good writing/editing skills and at least basic photo editing skills. You also need fluency in English, good interpersonal skills and a willingness to meet new people. Any experience with website content management systems, content production and facilitation of events are seen as an advantage.
We offer you an opportunity to work with different digital platforms and content production that will help you build your portfolio. You also get an insight into international higher education marketing and learn how a top university attracts students through content marketing. 

The duration of a traineeship is from 1 September to 31 December 2024 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee.
