Trainee for Admission and Student Advice

The University of Helsinki International trainee programme is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme.  

We are looking for a trainee for Admission and Student Advice.

Your main tasks as a trainee will include producing newsletters for new international degree students, helping to prepare events for international students and creating online surveys to gather student feedback. These and other possible student administration tasks can be assigned to you according to your interests. You will be based at the City Center Campus.

You have excellent written and spoken English. You are a good team player with a proactive and independent attitude. Previous experience of writing newsletters and organising events is an advantage.

The duration of a traineeship is 12 August to 13 December 2024 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee.

Teaching and Learning Services of the University of Helsinki provides supports for students and degree programmes.
