The University of Eastern Finland is inviting applications for a Professor position of Forest Products Marketing, especially Innovations and New Markets in Forest Bioeconomy, position in Joensuu. The position will be filled  from 1.1.2022, or as agreed. Please find more information below and submit your application no later than 5.11.2021.  

Role and salary    

As our new Professor in Forest Products Marketing, especially Innovations and New Markets in Forest Bioeconomy, you will be working in a joint position between the Business School and the School of Forest Sciences at the University of Eastern Finland (UEF), and the European Forest Institute (EFI). The position is located at the Business School on the Joensuu Campus, at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies. 

The position will be filled from 1.1.2022, or as agreed. A probationary period is applied to all new members of the UEF staff.   

The salary of the position is determined in accordance with the salary system of the Finnish universities. The salary comprises two components: a job requirement component and a personal performance component. In this position, the job requirement component is based on levels 8 - 11 (4,877.25 - 7,186.92 €/month) of the job requirement chart for teaching and research staff. The personal performance component can be a minimum of 6 % and a maximum of 50 % of the job requirement component.
