DeepFRST is developing an AI optimization algorithm to digitize forest management – one of the oldest and most mission-critical industries on the planet. Our patented B2B software offers customers higher returns on forest assets, carbon accounting in trees and soil, and the means to fight climate change and biodiversity loss. DeepFRST is a science-based startup (pre-launch) based on the AIFORE research project, a joint effort between the Aalto University School of Business and the University of Helsinki. We are a multi-disciplinary, science-based team, including AI researchers, forest scientists, business executives, and seasoned founders. Currently funded by Business Finland’s Research-to-Business grant, we plan to launch in June 2022. Please also check out DeepFRST’s recent skydiving pitch: https://youtu.be/AmSM7JOe5aE
