We are looking for a Head of Lifewide Learning and Managing Director of Aalto University Executive Education Ltd. 

In this unique role, you will be building new lifewide learning activities at Aalto University and leading Aalto EE. You are the key link between our academic work and lifewide learning solutions. You will be working closely with the Aalto management as well as Aalto EE’s board of directors. You report to the Vice President for Education at Aalto University.

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader, with – 

• Solid knowledge of education services business 

• Strong business understanding and knowledge of the operating environment 

• Proven track record in leading a business (P&L, organization management, financial management) 

• Excellent skills in change leadership and building collaboration in a matrix organization 

• Master’s degree, doctoral degree is considered an advantage 

• International experience is considered as an asset  

• Excellent command of English, fluency in Finnish is seen as an advantage
