We are now looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team.

Your role and goals

Salesforce marketing cloud developer participates the implementation of software development efforts, including coding and configuration, maintenance tasks, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation. 

In this role you:

·        Perform configuration and customization of the Marketing Cloud and Salesforce platform.

·        Release deployments, version control and API access 

·        Participate in efforts to planning, develop, testing, training and documentation in Aalto Salesforce environment 

·        Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans) 

·        Ensure best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce platform 

·        Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance. 

·        Marketing cloud configuration and customization using Email templates, Journey builders, cloud pages and Ampscript

·        Salesforce configuration and customization using Flows, Apex and LWC

·        Contribute in both Salesforce and Marketing cloud development (40%-60% approximately)on the need basis

Your experience and ambitions

You have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development: 

•        Must have Platform Developer I and Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist/Administrator

•        Advantage if you have Marketing Cloud Developer and Marketing Cloud Consultant certification

•        Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Multi-org connector

•        Sharing and Security concepts in Salesforce

•        Salesforce configuration/Customization using Flows,Apex,LWC

•        Work experience in integrating Salesforce and Marketing cloud such as Triggering Journey Builders, update the data in Salesforce from Marketing cloud

•        Knowledge on DevOps automation using Github actions for the deployments

You follow the field actively and have a good understanding of the latest trends. 

You are based in Finland

You work well independently and together with team members

You have good cooperation and communication skills.
