At the European Campus Rottal-Inn, Pfarrkirchen, we are looking to fill, with immediate effect, a full-time position initially for two years. The position in question is:

Research associate (m/f/d)

Your key responsibilities:

  • Conducting projects and creating virtual teaching material on the basics of financing within the framework of an Erasmus+ project
  • Assisting with and/or independent teaching assignments
  • Application for suitable funding and research projects
  • Scientific research and publishing in the fields of economy and ecology

Job requirements:

  • Completed university degree (master’s degree, diploma, doctorate) in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business mathematics or business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge in economics and financing
  • Sound knowledge of quantitative data analysis or willingness to extensively familiarise yourself with the subject matter
  • Experience in the acquisition of third-party funding
  • Good social and communication skills in interaction with lecturers and international students
  • Independent, solution-oriented and thorough working methods, capacity for teamwork and good communicative skills
  • Excellent command of English and good command of German would be preferable

In principle, this position can also be filled as a part-time position. It is remunerated according to the collective bargaining agreement TV-L and allocated pay group E13 TV-L if the recruitment requirements are met.
