Duties and responsibilities

  • Teaching Programming, Databases, Software Engineering, Operating Systems and/or Data Security courses at the bachelor's and master's level.
  • Supervising students at the first and second level of higher education.
  • Participation in the research and development activities.
  • Popularisation of the specialisation.

Required experience

  • The candidate must be qualified to conduct seminars and practical sessions at the bachelor’s and/or master’s study levels and participate in the research and development work of the institute.
  • Experience in conducting e-learning is highly desirable.
  • In the application, the candidate has to outline the competences and teaching experience.

Required language skills

Excellent English language skills. Estonian is an advantage. According to the Language Act, academic staff with foreign citizenship working in Estonia must have acquired at least B1-level Estonian language skills after five years of work. The Centre for Professional Development offers foreigners and their family members the opportunity to participate in Estonian language courses.

Workload 1,00

Salary From 1800 € gross per month, depending on qualifications and work experience. The total annual payroll starts from 29 000 euros, which includes employer taxes.
