Offer Description

Duties and responsibilities

• Teaching in the field of data science at the first two levels of higher education, including in the courses on machine learning, data engineering and artificial intelligence.
• Supervising students of the first two levels of higher education.
• Participation in the research and development activities.
• Popularisation of the field.

Required qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.

Required experience

• The applicant must be qualified to conduct seminars and practice sessions in the courses of data science and participate in the research work of the data science field.
• Experience in teaching (including e-learning) is not necessary, although it is desirable.
• In the application, the candidate has to outline the competencies and teaching experience.

Required language skills
Excellent command of English. Estonian is an advantage.

Additional information on remuneration
From 2000 euros (gross) per month depending on work experience and qualifications.

If the candidate has acquired the higher education in question abroad, he or she may be required to submit an assessment issued by the Academic Recognition Information Centre  (the Estonian ENIC/NARIC) of his or her qualification in respect of the qualification requirements for the position.
