Purpose: The job holder will carry out the responsibilities of move duties; set-up of halls, meeting rooms and outdoor activities according to events schedule and set up plans assigned for each event. Moreover, responsible to move materials, appliances and furniture according to needs and requests.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Carry out setup process for all activities
  • Carry out move orders among campus buildings
  • Carry out AUC two commencements and all related duties
  • Carry out duties regarding equipment’s utility and proper storing
  • Report any hazards that may happen during events or move process
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned to him
  • Apply safety measure introduced by AUC EHS department

Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement:  

  • High school or intermediate diploma
  • Good level of English

Experience:

  • Minimum of eight years of experience

Skills:

  • Ability to carry out halls duties as assigned
  • Good communication skills
  • Team leading skills
  • Time management skills
  • Customer services skills

Working Conditions:

  • Good physical ability to carry out assigned tasks
  • Best utilization of materials used in cleaning process
  • Ability to understand English language
