Reports to: Manager, Internationalization

Purpose: The job holder is responsible for stimulating and supporting the internationalization activities of the school with international students as well as outgoing students. In addition to assisting Office of Internationalization Partnerships’ (OIP) director in integrating activities that are international in nature, maintaining updated records on international students, outgoing students, partnerships, statistical data, trends, activities and managing international events of OIP.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage the school’s undergraduate and MBA graduate study tours
  • Manage the International Experience award event and the International Students’ Meeting with the dean
  • Support international events, conferences hosted by the school
  • Support outgoing students on study abroad and incoming international students
  • Produce statistical analysis and trends regarding internationalization; number of international degree-seeking, non- degree seeking and special program students and number of outgoing students on exchange, study abroad and on summer programs as well as number of students participating in international and regional competitions, on a periodic basis and disseminate it among different constituencies
  • Manage records on all international activities of the school
  • Manage administrative related activities
  • Focal point for communication material on international activities, programs and events
  • Perform any other task/responsibility as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirements:

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in an international organization

Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Time management and organization and communication skills
