Senior Specialist, Executive Education, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Communications, School of Business
Reports to: Manager, ExecEd Marketing Communication
Purpose: The job holder is responsible for assisting in the marketing communication process of the executive education programs by managing communication, coordinating with program managers, and liaising communication material design, web and social media design. He/she is responsible for managing (budgeting and coordinating) the multimedia initiatives included in the marketing communications strategy. He/she is to act as the focal point inside Executive Education for the Individual/Open enrollment CRM. Their job is to liaise between the CRM stakeholders and the MarCom manager. Also, help staff on how to use the CRM to create better customer experience.
Principal Accountabilities:
Website
- Updates all ExecEd pages with the most recent information as per update sheet shared with the operations and open enrollment units. This is done in coordination with the School of Business digital media senior specialist
Publications
- Assists the marketing communications manager in the logistics to produce communication material and publication in timely manner
Digital Marketing
- Work with marketing communications manager on managing relationship with digital marketing agency including development of annual retainer contract and budget execution
- Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns for all executive education programs
- Assists the manager in following up and updating campaign briefs including objectives, timelines and targeting, as well as all digital content required for each program
E-mail Marketing
- Manage Mailchimp database and manage the technical aspects of emails including coordinating mail-header designs and email automations for events and webinars
Webinar
- Manage the complete webinar process from invitation, link creation, follow up and webinar technical management
Social Media
- In coordination with the social media specialist, maintain, update and expand reach and engagement of School of Business ExecEd social media channels (Facebook and LinkedIn).
Communication and Public Relations
- Assists the manager in the development of multimedia relevant to executive education. This includes communication with videographers and photographers
- Communicate with the School of Business communications team to ensure activities are widely promoted on different internal and external channels
CRM Management
- Ensures data is cleaned, complete and optimized
- In coordination with the manager and the relevant stakeholder, he/she establishes workflows and standards for entering data in the CRM
- Customizes and pulls reports from the CRM after collecting insights and feedback from stakeholders
- Analyzes reports to determine trends
- Assists the manager is training ExecEd staff on how to use the CRM
- Assists in troubleshooting errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or communication field is required
- Master’s degree is a plus
Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- CRM experience preferred

- Strong creative, analytical, organizational, and inter-personal skills
- Commitment to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure of strict timelines
