Reports to: Manager, Corporate Training Programs
Purpose: The holder of this position will ensure the successful implementation of the programs and meeting the targets of the business plan.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the annual business plan for business solutions unit accounts
- Support the manager/senior officer in understanding the clients’ need for developing new tailored programs.
- Supervise the day to day implementation of handled accounts including all academic, logistical and financial aspects.
- Supervise the performance of account coordinators in order to meet our accounts’ performance objectives and clients’ expectations.
- Follow up on instructors’ performance and evaluations and produce monthly report
- Manage complaints and report them.
- Monitor the actual performance against the qualitative and quantitative business plan for each program.
- Attend a minimum of one class per course per instructor.
- Participate in widening the pool of Instructors.
- Conduct sales visits for potential clients.
- Participate in securing at least 25% from the total number of open enrollment programs’ participants by helping in the corporate sales activities.
- Develop 5-7 proposals and concept notes for potential clients on a monthly basis.
- Formulate contracts according to the approved templates and procedures.
- Participate in developing and updating of ExecEd policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining different accreditations and comply with their standards.
- Maintain records in accordance with the AUC policies.
- Produce ExecEd documentation.
- Adhere to ExecEd quality standards, policies and procedures.
- Participate in assignments related to general AUC wide projects.
- Produce monthly reports on all activities vs. the business plan in addition to ad-hoc reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, mass communication, or any related fields.
- Postgraduate studies specialized in human resource development (training) discipline. Professional certificates, d and diplomas are an asset.
Experience·
- 5-7 years of experience in related filed.
Skills
- Language skills: Fluent English (oral/written).
- IT skills: Excellent MS office and internet research.
- Soft skills: Strong leadership skills, business development skills, communication, presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills, report writing skills, and ability to perform under stress.
