Teaching assistant for Applied Microeconomics

The Department of economics at Copenhagen Business School is looking for Teaching Assistants in the area of applied microeconomics.

The position is a part-time position with independent teaching activities. The teaching is at a basic level, and acts as a contribution to the teaching provided by professors. It may include:

  • Teaching exercise classes, both in person and online
  • Grading exams
  • Supervising/helping students

The teaching will be in English so good English skills are necessary.

Qualifications

There will be emphasis on the applicant’s teaching potential. It is a condition of employment that you are active in your studies.

Terms of employment

The appointment will be in accordance with the circular on hourly-paid teaching under the Ministry of Finance. The hours of work can vary according to needs in the individual semesters to a maximum of 780 hours per academic year. The new employee must be willing to take a pedagogical course arranged by CBS and participate in lecturer meetings.
